Lionel is a Partner of Virtual Consulting and has international experience in visioning, strategic positioning and large-scale change processes. As a manager in-house to industry with both Rössing Uranium and CRA, he has been involved in a variety of challenging organisational projects in Namibia, South Africa, the U.K., Australia, and the United States. He gained particular recognition for work re-design, organisational change and management development, the assessment of capability and experiential learning, the design and implementation of performance management systems and organisational reviews, and the development of in-house consulting expertise.
He is well known as a professional, business-focused psychologist who can create the optimum interface between people and organisations through the practical application of a diverse and eclectic blend of theoretical models. He is internationally accredited to facilitate programs that range from visioning and strategy to experiential leadership to business optimisation training. He has been directly involved in strategy and visioning workshops for large shared services business ventures, and large scale organisational change projects within the mining industry.
